Tonight we are celebrating hearty winter salads made with ingredients such as beetroot, parsnip, carrots, pear, butternut squash, cauliflower and spinach. These warm and cold dishes will prove to you that salads are definitely not boring and not just for summer! What we will do is have some hot roast dishes, when you book let me know if you would like chicken or aubergine and then all the salads will be served in large serving bowls for you to try.
All the salads will be served in large serving bowls for you to try, take as much as you want, go back for seconds and thirds and if there's any left take some home for you lunch (bring a tub). There will be at least 8 different salads (you know if you have been to dinner before the menu may change and be added to - a lot!)
