Event Information

Join Repast for a unique Supper Club in collaboration with WeFiFo at Waitrose Haywards Heath.

Alongside the menu, we'll serve perfectly matched Waitrose wines.

As with all our Supper Clubs, you’ll be seated with fellow diners on sharing tables.

Doors open at 18:00, first course served at 18:30. The Supper Club will finish at 9pm.

TO NIBBLE ON

BABA GANOUSH (V)
Aubergine puree with roasted garlic, lemon and parsley.
Served with seeded crisp bread.

STARTER

PIEDMONTESE PEPPERS
Roasted red peppers stuffed with tomato, garlic and anchovy
(Vegetarian version available)

MAIN

POULET A L'ESTRAGON
Chicken leg with garlic and tarragon stuffing & tarragon butter sauce

Sweet onion and cream tart from Alsace

Both served with crushed potatoes and courgettes in agrodulce (an Italian sweet & sour dressing)
