For this event we pay homage to the humble beetroot. At Good Thymes we love to cook outside the box so, our challenge is to transform beetroot from a sullen mess soaked in vinegar to dishes that will coax out the complex flavours and subtleties hidden within.
We welcome up to 12 guests into our lovely home. It's open plan so you get to see all the action of the kitchen, whilst making new friends and trying the delicious home cooked food. We provide vegan and gluten free options for each course.

Duck breast with root vegetables & beetroot purée - tender duck breasts served on a bed of beetroot purée with an array of roasted autumn vegetables (GF)
Baked beetroot falafels served on a bed of avocado & rocket quinoa salad with spiced walnuts & mint - delicious and nutritious twist served with a delectable salad of creamy avocado, tri-colour quinoa, topped with crunchy spiced-walnuts & sprigs of mint (GF & Vegan)
Cinnamon beet rolls - deeply colored cinnamon beet rolls made with pureed beets, orange zest, and a hint of ginger, topped with cream cheese icing (vegetarian)
Dark chocolate mocha beet doughnuts- moist, tender, rich, dark chocolate doughnuts (vegan)
