If you like good paella, you will love Fideuà. Essentially this dish is the Catalan version of paella made using short pasta noodles -fideos- instead of rice. Fideuà is bursting with flavour from the fresh seafood, ladles of rich shellfish broth and garlicky aioli. This one pot wonder is the perfect dish to serve at a dinner party if you want to impress friends! BYO
