Come along to The Bee Centre, Salmsbury and join in with this informal business networking event run by the lovely Rachel Kay. Chat, mingle, make new connections for your business, have a look round the venue but above all come and join in (there will be yummy food too.) Don't worry if you have never been to a networking event before, there will be lots of people to help you along and show you the ropes.
Honey baked feta with lavender - slightly salty feta cheese is roasted with fragrant, lightly caramelised wildflower honey and garnished with some lavender for a floaral finish served with melba toast.
Babaganoush salad - all the elements of this famous Middle Eastern dish but roasted together in a salad with a pomegranate molasses dressing.
Pork larb - this is one of the dishes we ate in Vietnam that we keep coming back to - the Salmsbury honey with a final mouth hit of aniseed really brings out the taste of the Vietnamese basil.
Roasted beetroot, chickpeas and sourdough salad - this a new dish that we are trying out tonight - don't forget to let us know what you think.
Dukkah roasted cauliflower with a creamy avocado dressing - another new dish on the menu.
Apple, pear and manchego salad with a honey vinaigrette - every mouthful is crunchy, the honey really lifts the fruit and manchego to a whole new mouth sensation.
Grilled aubergine with a soy, honey and ginger glaze - People avoid cooking with aubergine simply because they don't really know what to do with it - this dish will make you fall in love with aubergine all over agian.
Goats cheese with pistachio, honey and date - one of my favourite summer combinations we are using heather honey for this dish.
Honey cake - well it would be rude not to.
Tahini shortbread cookies with a salted caramel ganache - I am a bit obsessed with tahini and tahini and honey is a match made in heaven, add a sprinkle of salt and just leave me in a quiet dark corner ....
Honey and rosemary ice cream - made with the honeycomb straight from teh hive of the lovely Mrs Cordingly based in Preston you are going to want to marry me.
