Learn to cook authentic Indian food from scratch, in the privacy of my house; in my personal kitchen and impress your friends and family with your new skills.
All with a generous dollop of fun mixed in with the possibility a new friend or two at Mint & Coriander.
Mint & Coriander is my attempt to introduce Indian food the way I've always known it to anyone willing to try it.
At my classes you will find Indian beef and pork, foods not normally associated with an "Indian" the way we know it.
You will learn to cook a meal from scratch in the privacy of my house; in my personal kitchen.
My classes are small with a maximum of 4 participants and I try to keep a different menu at each class
At my July class you will learn to cook:
- Spiced Pork Belly
- Green Beef
- Bombay Salad
- Coconut Rice
- Kesari Bhat
The class generally runs between 2.5 to 3 hours; all ingredients will be provided.
After the meal, you are welcome to eat with me or take the food away to share with your friends and family
