This course teaches you how to compose vegetable, grain, and fruit forward salads that are paired with easy to cook proteins for a simple family meal. Transform your cooking to create healthy meals with a variety of texture, flavour, and colour that all family members will enjoy. In addition to learning how to create beautiful salads, I will also teach you the best ways to cook lean and healthy ‘quick-cook’ proteins that are easy to cook up on a weekday and pair beautifully with the salads. Lunch will be provided by your handiwork in the kitchen.
