Enjoy a vegan meal without the hard work and eat lower in the food chain. Plant-based diet is on the rise and people are more conscious about their impact on the planet. This meal is one of my family favourites and we are not totally vegan, yet. So vegan meals can be tasty and healthful. If you have not tried a vegan meal before, this is the one you should sink your teeth on.

Vegan Lentil Moussaka
with French lentils, celery, carrot, mushroom, tomato, herbs and spices, topped with mash potato, pine nuts, soy, sesame, wheat (gluten)
Carrot Cake with A Kick
flour (gluten), carrot, ginger, walnuts, spices

How to enjoy
You can have the salad as a first course, or eat it with the moussaka.
The moussaka is firm and you might want to enjoy it with a glass of wine
Slowly savour the carrot cake and the icing.
And have a cuppa to complete the taste sensation.

How it works
I am putting as many precautions in place as is possible. Please don’t come out if you have any Covid-19 symptoms.
When you get near to here, give me a ring and park in front of the house or near the house and stay in your car, or ring the door bell (since the lock down has eased a bit) I will come out with the prepacked meals put it in the back seat or the boot, with social distancing.
