Join us for an explosion of flavours at our African Supperclubs. In true African style, we will feast on a selection of large sharing plates with new friends made at the table.
Our sumptuous feast takes us to the West African coast, with nostalgic food inspired by traditional home feasts and street foods complemented by seasonal British produce.

Botanical Cocktail on arrival

Patate Douce
Sweet potatoes, Black Eyed Bean Purée, Blackened Pepper Sauce with uda pods inspired by my childhood favourite street snack in Republique du Benin.
Moin Moin with roasted pepper purée & Sprouting Purple Radish
A sumptuous black-eyed bean pudding typically steamed wrapped in banana leaves. A favourite at our supper clubs.
MAIN
Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Suya Butter & Grains of Paradise (contains nuts)
Normadic spice blend with home-made roasted peanut butter. A super popular dish in my cookery classes.
Smoked Jollof Rice
Sweet, spicy and smoky flavours in this popular West African treat.

*Spa water and refreshments will be available. Feel free to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks, as alcohol cannot be brought on site.
