Inspired by the flavours of my Guyanese and Slovenian heritage I have brought together a menu influenced by fine dining classics and grass roots home cooking.
TOKEN is a reflection of my mixed race heritage growing up, my dishes are not Guyanese enough to be called West Indian and not European enough to be called Slovenian, it's somewhere in between, somewhere beautiful, somewhere... delicious.
