I will have just got back from India with a rucksack full of spices and fingers crossed some new recipes. Menu to be confirmed but I will rustle up my very famous lamb curry and one will be vegan. If you are vegan please let me know when you book so that I can take that into consideration when deciding what to make for pudding (I have an epic vegan brownie recipe that's taken me years to perfect!)
We will start of with some salads and dips to pass round and then the three main curry dishes which we will share are;
One will definitely be my Gorkhali lamb which is an intense and filling Nepalese curry dish. The curry is chunky (I leave the bones in) and involves slow cooking the lamb with onions. I promise it's one of the best dishes that I have ever made and no I won't share the recipe!
Another two dishes to be confirmed one will definitely be vegan.
Rice, chapati and breads.
If you have been to dinner before you will know that we always have two puddings (TBC) and then there are always meringues...
Tea, coffee and mints (there may even be Booja Booja)
