A welcome shot of home made organic juice to get the stomach prepared for some nourishment with some surprise entree's and canapés of local delights.

A Three course meal, seasonally selected to bring the relevance of NOW back into our foods.

Sourced as much as possible from as local as possible (we aim for 80% of foods within 100 miles).

We aim to prepare and cook all foods with the same level of awareness that we encourage everyone to have during the night. Giving love, appreciation and gratitude throughout.

There may be some hints of gentle Indian Ayurvedic flavours in some dishes but there won't be any (hot) spice.

If you love or require any dish in particular, I'm always open for trying new dishes and twists on foods you may like, don't feel shy to suggest or enquire.

All food is cooked consciously and with a deep love and appreciation of where it has come from, it's journey along the way and where it is going.

*SEATING*
Please be advised, we sit on the floor (see images in this event post to see what I mean). We eat as close to Pacha Mama, Earth, Home, as possible. We can provide a few seats so you can lean against the wall for ease if your back hurts, but for most of dinner you will be sat on plenty of cushions on the floor and the table height is similar.

*GLUTEN FREE*
We are not a gluten free (or dairy free) household. However most the food we prepare and eat ourselves is gluten free. Sometimes in our meals we offer sour dough bread or other gluten things (maybe a pastry crust). Our meals for these events are vegan unless otherwise stated. With gluten, it may be that some food contains gluten so PLEASE let us know if this is a problem at all and we can easily accommodate. Thank you.

*CAT*
We have a cat. She is called Maddie. She is incredibly soft, gentle and easy going. Usually she prefers to stay upstairs when guests are here, but for Conscious Dinner Club events, she now seems to prefer to be around the people. Maybe its the energy we all give off or the mindfulness we generate when all together that draws her down. If you have an allergy, kindly let us know, we have some remedies and solutions that do not rely on taking pills...you may be pleasantly surprised :) on their effectiveness.

*ACCOMODATION*
Our home is on Airbnb. We can offer accommodation for £40 to stay the night if that makes the journey over more worth while and you want to make the most of the heart filled evening and weekend.

We can even offer fresh juices, coffee and breakfast if you have time the next day. Please let us know in advance if this is something you would like..
