What to expect;
Welcome drinks & canapés
Our cookery session will start with an introduction to Moroccan spices and we will create traditional Ras-el-hanout spice mix and harissa paste. We will explore other spice filled recipes inspired by wonderful African cuisine. You can also pick a favourite cuisine that you want to learn.
Moroccan Spiced Carrot Soup with Harissa, coriander & basil oil with roasted pumpkin seeds
I will share my secret to a decadent squash roast that you can customise for an enjoyable suprise everytime.
Plantain pie with seasonal vegetables
Peanutstew with home made peanut butter seasonal vegetables
Senegalese Yassa with Caramelized onions, lemon & mustard

Master a recipe for a flavourful cous cous with saffron.
