You will learn to prepare and cook on the bbq the following starters from scratch:

Traditional vegetarian paneer tikkas (a great option for the vegetarians, these are made with Indian cottage cheese, marinated in special spice blend along with peppers and onions)

Succulent non vegetarian chicken starters using a special almond cashew and yogurt marinade with fresh spices

Lamb mince kebabs with mashed potatoes and fresh herbs, marinated in a rich and delicious Indian blend of spices

Accompaniments such as home made fresh coriander and mint chutney, different yogurt flavoured dips

All the ingredients, aprons and takeaway boxes are provided. You will receive detailed recipe cards of the dishes and accompaniments prepared so you won’t need to take any notes. You will be able to taste the food as you go along and will have the option to pack everything to take back home to enjoy with your loved ones.

The food is prepared using quality ingredients. The meat is sourced from the local village butcher. Most of the spices are home roasted and ground. We use fresh ginger and garlic paste. The food is prepared in olive oil. The end product is healthy, honest, homemade Indian food.
