Tui welcomed me from the start and created a very informal and fun event. as well, as showing us these excellent recipes, she also gave us her thoughts for the best products and where she buys them locally. We each got to cook our own meals to our liking and the food I produced was amazing (I also took so much home it provided an evening meal for the wife and I, which she also loved). It was a great learning experience, but also relaxed and fun environment in her beautiful home. I would certainly recommend this to anyone, from the beginner to the experienced. Thanks for a great time Tui and hopefully we will meet again soon.
