A Classical Cuban style house salad with water cress, Pineapple, and avocado, julienned pickled red onions, with a garlic lime vinaigrette
KINGSTON STYLE JERKED CHICKEN WINGS
Confit Jamaican style chicken wings in a local jerk sauce served with a pineapple dipping sauce

Brazilian style deep fried empanadas filled with creamy cheese, chicken, tomato and caramelized onions

Marinated Mahi Mahi served with rice and beans and coconut crusted plantains
GOAT WATER STEW
Stewed mutton along with breadfruit, onion, tomato, root vegetables in a flavorful stock served with a freshly baked dinner roll.

Freshly made bread pudding soaked in West Indian rum served with ice cream
