WeFiFo's Culture Clubs
As part of the Horsham District Year of Culture WeFiFo is hosting a series of monthly Culture Clubs.
These clubs, held in locations across the district, will bring together a variety of cultural activities with local WeFiFo hosts.
September's Author
We’re delighted to introduce you to Fliss Chester, the next author to join us in our series of Culture Clubs Thursday 19th September in Slinfold.
Writer, interior designer, freelance journalist and most recently wine buff and Head of Gin at the independent wine shop she runs with her husband. Fliss Chester began her career as a sub-editor and writer at Ideal Home. In 2017 Fliss released her debut book, 'Snowballs! Perfectly described as 'a romp around the mountains – think Made in Chelsea meets Ski Sunday with an added dash of romance' - Emily Sweet. Since, Fliss has released a series of books, published by Orion featuring her most recent book 'Meet Me on the Riviera', which delves into the glitz and glamour of a party planner working in Monte Carlo.
Fliss will be in Slinfold to discuss her new book Meet Me on the Riviera and to join the table as we enjoy a three course feast from local chef.

Meet September's Culture Club Host - Ina Pegley of the Tanamerah Supper Club
Private chef, Supper Clubber and talented cook, Ina Tanamerah was born and raised in Indonesia where she learnt how to cook authentic Indonesian cuisine from her mother. Ina later moved to Italy and expanded her culinary skillset, enjoying learning about different cultures and ingredients. It wasn't until Ina gave birth to her first child Aisha that she began to share her talent with hungry guests, hosting mini Supper Clubs and private events for friends and family... this was the start of the Tanamerah Supper Club. Now, Ina feeds hungry guests in the Surrey and West Sussex area with her Indo-Ital cuisine with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences.
I love these events! Great to meet the author, hear her be interviewed and read from the book, then talk to her afterwards after dinner! Fabulous food, beautiful setting, lovely people... Thanks so much!
