Bio
I’m originally from South Africa, have lived in London for over 20yrs & when I was a young girl lived in Tokyo. All of these place have had an influence on my appreciation for various cuisines and given me an adventurous palette. Hosting people and cooking food that’s seasonal and made from scratch is one of the things I love to do. I enjoy the outdoors and like to keep fit. I mostly tend to veer towards Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking but Japanese food makes me feel very much at home also.
