I'd rather eat: Non processed, non gm, ethically sourced food, fair trade, organic
I love good food - this can mean different things to different people but my interpretation of good food is food that feeds you and doesn't harm you, and tastes good! Steaming, poaching, baking, roasting and gentle sauteing are favoured cooking methods. Also raw foods and these can sometimes require imagination to make interesting. I also have lots of food intolerances, but there are lots of foods that I can eat, so all is not lost.
