Join MasterChef contestant, Cookbook Author and Malaysia Gourmand Cookbook Award Winner Zaleha Kadir Olpin for a unique Malaysian
Supper Club at the Waitrose Café Portishead. Zaleha will be showcasing a menu of traditional Malaysian dishes perfectly paired with Waitrose wines.

As with all our Supper Clubs, you’ll be seated with fellow diners on sharing tables.

Nibbles
Vegetable crackers with sweet chilli sauce. (v)

Starter
Pasembur – a Malaysian salad consisting of shredded cucumber, tofu cubes, double-cooked potatoes, vegetable fritters, turnip, bean sprouts, boiled eggs and served with a sweet and spicy satay peanut sauce. (v)

Main
Mi Kari - Curry Laksa - Seafood
A delicious, comforting, tasty and spicy Malaysian coconut-based curried noodle soup, topped with prawns, homemade fish balls, fried tofu, coriander, bean sprouts and chilli sambal on the side.
